Job Summary
Lead treasury analysis and execution across liquidity management, structural funding, balance sheet positioning, borrowing strategy, and treasury operations. Develop and maintain models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate liquidity risk, funding concentrations, and balance sheet performance. Direct execution and oversight of borrowings, investments, and contingent liquidity resources, including assessment of collateral usage and funding costs. Support ALCO and senior management through reporting, balance sheet recommendations, stress testing results, and risk-return analysis. Optimize Liquidity Coverage Ratio and Net Stable Funding Ratio positions while partnering with finance, accounting, risk, and business leaders to align treasury actions with capital planning and growth strategies. Recommend enhancements to treasury policies, controls, and governance to improve balance sheet resilience and regulatory compliance. Requires 7-10 years of treasury experience, advanced Excel skills, and some travel for team collaboration and internal training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, banking, accounting, risk management, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in balance sheet management, liquidity risk, funding strategy, borrowing, collateral management, contingency funding, or asset/liability management within a banking environment
- Strong knowledge of treasury and banking concepts, including liquidity stress testing, deposit behavior analysis, wholesale funding, market access, and structural balance sheet positioning
- Experience developing or overseeing treasury models, forecasts, scenario analyses, and ALCO materials used to support management decisions and risk oversight
- Working knowledge of regulatory liquidity and balance sheet requirements, including Liquidity Coverage Ratio and Net Stable Funding Ratio, and the ability to translate results into recommendations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence decisions, manage complex priorities, and partner effectively across finance, accounting, risk, and business teams
- Advanced Excel skills

- Advanced degree in a mathematics, finance, statistics or a related field
- CTP, CFA, FRM, or related treasury, finance, or risk certification
- Travel to support business needs, including team collaboration, internal trainings, and cross-functional initiatives
