Job Summary
Treasury Management Specialist responsible for delivering and supporting treasury management products and services to business clients and prospects. Responsibilities include explaining features and benefits of treasury products, assisting with implementation and ongoing support, providing onsite or remote training, and collaborating with account relationship managers and retail staff for knowledge sharing and product training. Key activities encompass client portfolio maintenance and support, external and internal treasury management support, account analysis maintenance, technical support for training and implementation, staying current on product knowledge, producing weekly/monthly treasury management reporting, supporting CDARS/ICS clients, preparing annual RDC/ACH renewals, identifying cross-selling opportunities to business banking lenders, and contributing to the development of new procedures. Additional duties include completing annual bank security and compliance training, maintaining confidentiality of customer information, and staying current on compliance regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in accounting, finance, business or similar field
- 1-2 years of equivalent banking experience or related client-focused role
- Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and databases
- Effective written and verbal communication in English

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting, Finance, Business and/or 3+ years in a client-contact position in banking, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of equivalent experience or combination of education and experience
- Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and databases
- Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English clearly
