Treasury Management Specialist I

Job Summary
Assist business customers with deposit account setup, cash management product services, and service issues. Collaborate with bank staff to recommend appropriate Treasury Management tools and review monthly account analysis statements to verify billing accuracy. Complete required contracts for sold services, support annual Remote Capture and ACH audit processes, and compile documentation for internal and external audit requests. Review ACH and wire limits semi-annually, communicate necessary changes to customers and committees, and mail compliance updates. Maintain outstanding customer service for both internal and external clients while adhering to the Legacy Culture.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year work history in a professional environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related area
- 1 year of banking experience
- Previous sales experience
