Job Summary
Treasury Management Specialist responsible for identifying and executing cross-sales across an existing Business Banking Treasury Management portfolio. Duties include compiling data for TM Sales Advisors, completing relationship reviews, and pro-forma pricing analyses; may have direct responsibility across a portion of an Advisor's portfolio. Performs direct sales via telephone and joint calls with advisors/relationship partners; supports team revenue goals; independently manages workflow with minimal oversight; proactively manages portfolio risk and pricing activities; executes and completes special projects by deadlines. Requires strong knowledge of Treasury Management, banking/finance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Remote-friendly with in-office/hybrid arrangements, and minimal travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline or the equivalent experience of five (5) years of experience in banking and / or Treasury in lieu of degree
- 1+ year of Treasury Management experience
- Three plus years of Treasury Management Experience
- One plus year of Commercial Banking Experience
- Sales Experience with Proven Record of Exceeding Goal Expectations
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working Knowledge of Salesforce software
