Job Summary
Develop treasury management relationships through prospecting, referrals, and joint calling efforts while conducting business discovery conversations to understand client operations and cash flow needs. Recommend tailored treasury solutions, prepare proposals, and explain fraud prevention and digital banking capabilities to align with client operational requirements. Coordinate product implementation, open accounts, configure services, and provide ongoing training and support for treasury products and payment solutions. Maintain accurate client records, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and participate in networking activities to generate new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in similar or related job duties
- Experience in retail banking, relationship banking, business banking, commercial banking, treasury management, or a related client-facing banking role
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex banking products, identify client needs, provide responsive service, and support relationship growth
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
