Job Summary
Treasury Management Relationship Manager develops new treasury management business and expands existing relationships. Responsibilities include building sales strategy to meet/exceed new sales and portfolio goals, meeting with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities, calling on prospective and current clients to identify needs and propose solutions, working with Product Management Partners to develop sales proposals and pricing strategies, conducting treasury services relationship reviews for top clients, and providing treasury service product training to officers and managers. Maintain up-to-date treasury management industry knowledge through training and reading. Travel is up to 30%. Role located in Regions’ Charlotte, Nashville, or Atlanta offices; responsible for corporate and specialized industries clients with incentives and comprehensive benefits. Requires a bachelor’s degree with 10 years (or a high school diploma with 11 years) in treasury services sales and a CTP designation; strong negotiating, leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and ability to mentor others.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years in Treasury Services Sales or related experience
- High School Diploma or GED and eleven (11) years in Treasury Services Sales or related experience
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
