Job Summary
Develop and execute Treasury Management operational and sales support strategies, including account setup, product implementation, and business risk management. Lead the TM Operations Team by overseeing annual reviews, department reporting, and training on best practices. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and vendors, resolving escalations and troubleshooting issues while soliciting new commercial treasury services. Research pricing strategies and evaluate existing product suites to recommend improvements, ensuring alignment with the bank's financial plan. Serve as a subject matter expert across departments to streamline communication and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5+ years of Treasury Management experience
- Excellent communication - verbal and writing skills
- Responsiveness to customer and banker needs
- Detail - oriented with ability and desire to train others
- Ability to be flexible and thrive in a team environment
