Job Summary
The Treasury Management Officer is tasked with identifying, developing, and managing commercial depository relationships while assisting banking centers in business development focused on Treasury Management products and services. This role involves joint calling with other Bankers, responsible for self-sourcing relationships, logging sales efforts, and preparing proposals. The officer must maintain superior account management of a portfolio, generate revenue through sales of Treasury Management products, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Strong interpersonal skills and a high energy level are essential for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Treasury Management or banking experience preferred.
- Demonstrated history of successful sales or Treasury Management sales experience.
