Job Summary
Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking responsible for growing treasury management revenue, prospecting and expanding client relationships, collaborating with bankers and product teams to deliver integrated working capital solutions, leading business process reviews, and delivering market thought leadership through client forums and events. Requires deep treasury product knowledge, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and profitability management. Location is San Francisco, CA with in-person responsibilities. The role includes interaction with COIs, implementation teams, and product leadership, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
- Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organization
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Bachelor’s degree
