Job Summary
Treasury Management Officer responsible for generating new treasury management business, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and delivering integrated treasury solutions. Collaborates with bankers, client service, product leadership, and implementation teams to develop market and product strategies, lead client-focused business reviews, propose client-centric solution ideas, and deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions through roundtables, webinars, and conferences. Manages non-credit risk across client portfolios and drives profitability while achieving sales goals through strong prospecting, relationship-building, and cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
- Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organization
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
