Job Summary
Treasury Management Officer in the Middle Market segment leads revenue growth by prospecting for new treasury management business and expanding existing client relationships within Commercial Banking. Builds strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, collaborates with bankers and clients at senior levels to deliver integrated treasury solutions, leads business process reviews for sales opportunities, partners with product stakeholders to evolve complex treasury products, and delivers market thought leadership through client forums and professional media. The role emphasizes profitability management, non-credit risk oversight, and strong relationship-building with clients, COIs, and external consulting partners. Minimum requirement includes 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience; Bachelor’s degree; and proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Preferred qualifications include Certified Treasury Professional designation and strong creative problem-solving abilities.
