Job Summary
The treasury team at BOK Financial seeks a Treasury Management Officer IV in Tulsa to prospect, market, sell, cross-sell, and implement the bank’s commercial depository, treasury management, and working capital products. You will act as a liaison between customers and service departments, manage top-tier client relationships, drive market share and profitability, and guide team members in policy and treasury processes. You will develop and deliver client-facing materials (cost/benefit analyses, proposals, profitability analyses), and own the end-to-end client experience from deal development through onboarding and service handoff. You will also shape market, product, and pricing strategies to meet growth goals and support complex client needs in cash management and related services. This role emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning within a high-performing treasury services culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8-10 years’ experience in treasury management sales/consulting or 14-16 years’ equivalent experience
- Extensive and in-depth knowledge of product delivery systems and on-line computer systems
- Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of banking and cash management products
- Extensive knowledge of Bank operations
- Excellent PC and software application skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Specialized cash management training; CCM/CTP certifications
- Demonstrated capacity to sell products/services within financial services
- Comprehensive knowledge of cash management analysis (cost/benefit analyses, float analyses)
- Specialized knowledge of specific markets to serve defined territories
- Excellent communication skills for persuasive reports and presentations
Desired Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Experience selling and implementing treasury management and working capital products
- CCM (Certified Cash Manager) or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Extensive knowledge of cash management, treasury services, and banking operations
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to develop market, product, and pricing strategies
- Proven ability to manage large, profitable client portfolios and cross-sell to complex clients
- Experience in mentorship or guiding less-experienced team members
- Proficiency with on-line banking platforms and treasury management delivery systems
