Treasury Management Officer

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of treasury management sales experience with commensurate knowledge of commercial depository products and services
• 10+ years of sales or customer service experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing multi-functional banking operations
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Cash Management (CCM) / Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of treasury management product delivery systems, electronic banking products and operations
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills: ability to prospect, and network at various levels within a company for complex deals and relationships
• Knowledge of cash-flow and working capital solutions
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills including effective questioning strategies, negotiation skills, presentation techniques and training delivery skills
• Technologically savvy – ability to understand, operate/install and explain Bank’s products, operating systems and support programs
• Good time management skills
• Team player
• Ability to effectively assess customer needs and requirements and translate into sales deliverables utilizing treasury management products and technologies
• Ability to relate to all levels of employees
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
