Job Summary
Lead treasury management initiatives for commercial banking clients by prospecting and sourcing new business, retaining and expanding relationships, and delivering integrated working capital solutions. Develop market and product strategy, collaborate with bankers, client service, product leadership, and implementation teams, and provide thought leadership through client roundtables, conferences, webinars, and professional media. Manage non-credit risk across portfolios and drive profitability while building client relationships and coordinating with internal product stakeholders to evolve complex treasury products and solutions. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, consultative sales, and strategic solutioning across treasury services (cash management, credit, pricing) with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
- Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organization
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Treasury Professional designation
