Job Summary
Treasury Management Officer in Healthcare Services (Vice President) responsible for growing treasury management business, prospecting and maintaining client relationships, and delivering integrated treasury solutions with product leadership and implementation teams; requires 6+ years in cash management, strong sales/negotiation, knowledge of treasury services, risk/process understanding, effective communication, and relationship-building skills; preferred BS and Certified Treasury Professional.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
- Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organization
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Treasury Professional designation
- Strong creative solution and problem-solving abilities
