Job Summary
Treasury Management Officer responsible for driving growth in treasury services, core deposits, and client relationships in Arkansas and Missouri markets; delivers tailored cash management solutions, trains internal teams, and mentors staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting treasury products (ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, fraud prevention, liquidity solutions) through proactive client engagement and collaboration with lenders and branch staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5 or more years of experience in financial services, retail analytics, or retail finance
- One or more years of supervisory experience
- Current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive while performing assigned duties

- Strong knowledge of treasury products and digital banking tools

- Skill to manage bank relationships, negotiate, and navigate complex financial transactions
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
