Job Summary
Treasury Management Officer in Community Development Banking (Vice President) drives revenue growth by prospecting and expanding treasury management business, builds strategic client dialogues around treasury solutions, collaborates with bankers and clients at senior levels to deliver integrated working capital solutions, leads business process reviews aligned to client opportunities, partners with product stakeholders to evolve complex treasury products, and delivers market thought leadership through roundtables, webinars, and conferences. Responsibilities include managing non-credit risk and profitability of the client portfolio, and leveraging deep treasury product knowledge to develop localized market strategies in coordination with Implementation teams and Product Leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
- Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external COIs, and external consulting organization
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Treasury Professional designation
