Job Summary
Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking responsible for growing treasury management revenue by prospecting and expanding client relationships, developing strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, collaborating with bankers and clients on integrated treasury solutions, leading business process reviews aligned to sales opportunities, partnering with product stakeholders to evolve complex treasury products, delivering thought leadership on working capital solutions at industry events, and managing portfolio profitability with strong risk discipline. Required skills include 6+ years in cash management, sales and relationship management, prospecting and negotiating new business, deep knowledge of Treasury Service products and risk/commercial processes, excellent communication, relationship-building with clients and COIs, and strong organizational capabilities. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, Certified Treasury Professional designation, and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
- Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organization
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
