Job Summary
Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking responsible for growing treasury management business, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and delivering integrated treasury solutions. Collaborates with bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams to develop market strategies, lead complex client business process reviews, and raise new solution ideas while representing client perspectives in product development. Delivers thought leadership through market engagements such as roundtables, conferences, and webinars, and manages non-credit risk to enhance profitability across assigned relationships. Key capabilities include deep treasury product knowledge, prospecting and new business development, strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
- Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organization
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
