Job Summary
Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking responsible for generating new treasury management business and maintaining client relationships. Develop and execute localized market and product strategies in collaboration with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams. Responsibilities include growing revenue through prospecting, creating strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, collaborating with senior-level clients to provide integrated treasury solutions, leading business process reviews for opportunities, partnering with product stakeholders to represent client perspectives in product development, delivering thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and media platforms, and managing non-credit risk while monitoring profitability across assigned relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external COIs, and external consulting organizations
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
