Job Summary
Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking (VP level) responsible for growing treasury management revenue by prospecting and expanding client relationships, leveraging deep treasury product knowledge, collaborating with bankers, client service, product leadership and implementation teams, and delivering integrated working capital solutions. Responsibilities include leading client dialogues, conducting business process reviews with industry solutions specialists, partnering with product stakeholders to represent client perspectives in product development, and delivering market thought leadership through client roundtables, webinars, and industry conferences. Requires 6+ years in cash management, sales and relationship management, strong prospecting and negotiation skills, knowledge of Treasury Service products and risk processes, excellent communication, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals. Preference for Bachelor’s degree and Certified Treasury Professional designation.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
- Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organization
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
