Job Summary
Treasury Management Officer leading revenue growth in treasury management for commercial banking. You will prospect and source new treasury management business, retain and expand client relationships, and develop strategic dialogues around client-centric issues. You will collaborate with bankers, client service, product leadership, and implementation teams to deliver integrated treasury solutions, independently lead business process reviews, raise new solution ideas, and deliver market thought leadership on working capital solutions. The role requires strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and a focus on profitability and risk management across assigned client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external COIs, and external consulting organization
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Treasury Professional designation
