Job Summary
Treasury Management Officer responsibilities include generating new treasury management business and maintaining client relationships within Commercial Banking. The role requires prospecting to grow revenue, delivering integrated treasury solutions through collaboration with bankers, client service, product leadership, and implementation teams, leading business process reviews for key client sales opportunities, developing and presenting working capital solutions, and providing thought leadership to clients and prospects through roundtables, webinars, and industry events. Candidate must have 6+ years in cash management, sales, and relationship management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, strong communication skills, ability to build client relationships, and a Bachelor’s degree ( Certified Treasury Professional preferred ).
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
- Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organization
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Treasury Professional designation
