Job Summary
The Treasury Management Officer, under the direction of the Treasury Management Manager, primarily supports the Bank's clientele with Treasury Management needs, including Online Banking, ACH Electric Wire Originations, Lockbox services, Debit Card Orders, Bill Pay, New Account openings, Cash Vault Services, Remote Deposit Services (RDS), and Credit Cards. This role requires handling external client support calls, problem resolution regarding the Bank's Treasury Management products, and necessitates strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Candidates must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a high school diploma, and 4-5 years of banking experience, particularly in Treasury Management.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 4-5 years of general banking experience
- Experience in Treasury Management Support
- Knowledge of bank core processing software
- Maintain high confidentiality and professional demeanor
