Job Summary
Onboard new and existing customer implementations of Treasury Management payables, receivables, and other financial products to provide a smooth onboarding experience. Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and U.S. Bank during the implementation process via phone or email, conduct onboarding activities, analyze, monitor, and track implementation requests from point of sale to customer use. Build positive customer relationships by ensuring high-quality service delivery and product functionality, escalate obstacles appropriately, and communicate implementation status to ensure efficient onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of related experience
