Job Summary
Process account and online banking maintenance, new account documentation, transactions, wires, and transaction monitoring to ensure accuracy and timeliness for commercial banking clients. Respond to routine inquiries regarding basic and complex banking products, identify cross-sell opportunities, and research client issues before escalating potential risks to senior leadership. Review regulatory reports for check fraud, significant activity, and unusual transactions while maintaining strict compliance with KYC-AML policies and internal risk standards. Collaborate with relationship management teams to deliver consistent, white-glove service under moderate supervision, ensuring adherence to service level expectations and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- College, Vocational or Associates Degree (2 years or equivalent)
- 2+ Years related banking experience in a similar role
- Travel to client offices, prospects, branches and various functions is a requirement of the position
- Moderate degree of physical exertion and stamina such as standing, sitting, walking, driving or infrequent lifting
