Job Summary
Onboard Treasury clients by developing onboarding plans, executing legal documentation, and conducting product training sessions while reviewing agreements to ensure proper execution. Act as a subject matter expert to communicate with clients, resolve risk issues, and handle inquiries promptly through telephone, email, or in-person interactions. Maintain accurate records, complete required reports, and collaborate with internal partners and vendors to support Treasury management customers. Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM in an office location in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, or Victoria.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a related business function or industry
- Advanced banking knowledge
- Treasury Management knowledge
- Prior experience in Treasury Management
- PC computer skills
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite products, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Multitasking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize duties
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to accept change
- Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
- 40 hours
Desired Qualifications
- Treasury Management knowledge preferred
- Prior experience in Treasury Management, strongly preferred
