Job Summary
Process global wire payments through banking platforms and the Treasury Management System, maintaining cash positions to minimize idle funds and identify funding gaps. Manage the full lifecycle of bank accounts, including opening, maintenance, and closure, while preparing quarterly reports for controller review. Administer enterprise systems like FIS Integrity, resolving payment failures and authentication errors in coordination with vendors and IT. Support quarter-end cash forecasting using the Direct Method and conduct bank fee analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities. Contribute to ad hoc initiatives such as TMS capability expansion and workflow automation. Full-time role in Santa Clara, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a detail-oriented self-starter who consistently delivers accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with enterprise systems and advanced Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently and to communicate workload conflicts to management in a timely manner
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, journal entries, and reconciliations) and an understanding of how cash and treasury transactions flow to the general ledger
