Job Summary
Define design requirements and develop functional designs for large, complex enterprise-wide treasury projects by analyzing business needs, objectives, and existing systems infrastructure. Drive and participate in the design, development, and implementation of applications while working closely with business partners, software/hardware developers, and vendors to ensure technical solutions meet customer needs. Translate requirements into working technical designs, including test plans and scripts, and oversee project delivery against agreed timelines to realize new revenue and meet client expectations. Requires minimum five years of industry experience with one year in treasury services, strong analytical skills, and an IT degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience in the industry
- Min 1 year experience in treasury services
- Strong knowledge Treasury Payments, Receipts and Information Reporting products
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
- IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Client implementation experience with Treasury Products
- Prior experience managing technology projects at Bank of America
- May manage projects including responsibility for a project and project budget
- Works under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions
