Job Summary
Define design requirements and develop functional designs for large, complex enterprise-wide applications by analyzing line of business needs, objectives, and existing systems infrastructure. Drive and participate in the design, development, and implementation of these projects while working closely with business partners, software/hardware developers, and vendors to ensure technical solutions meet customer needs. Collaborate with testers to translate requirements into working technical designs, including test plans and scripts, and oversee delivery execution to meet agreed timelines and realize new revenue. This role supports Bank of America's Treasury Healthlogic implementation efforts, requiring a minimum of five years of industry experience and strong knowledge of Treasury Payments, Receipts, and Information Reporting products.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience in the industry
- Min 1 year experience in treasury services
- Strong knowledge Treasury Payments, Receipts and Information Reporting products
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
Desired Qualifications
- Client implementation experience with Treasury Products
- Prior experience managing technology projects at Bank of America
- May manage projects including responsibility for a project and project budget
- Works under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions
- IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience
