Job Summary
Process client funding requests, prepare invoices, and post cash receipts while monitoring account activity and balances. Initiate ACH transfers, manage check processing, and research discrepancies to ensure funds meet operational needs. Maintain accurate financial records, assist with reconciliations and reporting, and communicate with internal and external clients regarding transaction activity. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in a hybrid schedule at CCMSI, supporting global clients in risk management and claim solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic accounting, bookkeeping, or financial transaction processing knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Reliable, predictable attendance during assigned business hours
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, treasury, banking, or business environment
- Experience handling invoices, account reconciliations, cash postings, or payment processing
- Experience working with accounting systems such as Sage 100 or similar platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with financial records and account maintenance
