Job Summary
Process client funding requests, prepare invoices, and initiate ACH transfers while monitoring and reconciling account activity and balances. Post cash receipts, manage high volumes of financial transactions and checks, and research discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and transaction files while assisting with reporting and special projects. Communicate with internal departments and external clients regarding account funding and transaction activity, ensuring compliance with established financial controls.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic accounting, bookkeeping, or financial transaction processing knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Reliable, predictable attendance during assigned business hours
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, treasury, banking, or business environment
- Experience handling invoices, account reconciliations, cash postings, or payment processing
- Experience working with accounting systems such as Sage 100 or similar platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with financial records and account maintenance
