Treasury Fulfillment Advisor

Primary interface to Treasury clients. Lead, direct, and coordinate the implementation of highly complex treasury, cash management, card, merchant and depository products and services. Provide relationship management, servicing, and technical assistance to internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations) and vendors to ensure a timely and smooth implementation. Responsibilities include consulting with clients through implementation, facilitating internal and external client calls to work through requests, troubleshooting, responding to internal client team requests for resolution, and engaging key stakeholders to communicate progress and own resolution for the client.
