Job Summary
Develop and execute treasury finance strategies that align with organizational objectives while leading the Treasury Finance Team through mentorship and operational direction. Partner with senior leadership to establish policies, review and approve transactions within authority limits, and prepare insights for strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage relationships with financial institutions, and lead internal and external audit requests. This hybrid role reports to the VP, Treasury Services, with a pay range of $87,190 – $134,613. CorVel is a national provider of risk management solutions for the workers' compensation, auto, health, and disability industries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of corporate treasury finance experience
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- High level of financial acumen, including risk awareness and management
- Detail-orientation with strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
