Job Summary
Treasury Operations & Cash Management responsibilities include monitoring daily cash positions, processing wire transfers, and supporting cash forecasting to optimize liquidity across entities. The role also involves assisting in monitoring financing capacity and funding needs across warehouse lines, partnering with Accounting/Operations/Finance to resolve breaks, and improving reporting accuracy. Responsibilities in Reporting, Analytics & Process Improvement cover preparing recurring and ad hoc reports on financing activity, collateral usage, funding trends, and capital markets execution; data validation and reconciliation; identifying workflow improvements; developing dashboards and operating metrics to enhance visibility into funding and portfolio activity. Required skills include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1-3+ years in treasury/finance, strong Excel and reporting capabilities, analytical and problem-solving abilities, cross-team collaboration, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience in treasury, accounting, banking, or financial operations (internships and co-op placements considered)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to treasury management systems and ERP platforms is a plus but not required)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners
