Job Summary
Treasury Expert with 3+ years’ corporate Treasury experience, based in Warsaw (Poland). Core responsibilities include risk monitoring and reporting, executing treasury controls and reporting to ensure compliance with policies and procedures across global treasury operations and hedging processes, maintaining end-to-end Treasury JSOX/control frameworks, coordinating with Treasury Teams, GBS and FCG to align controls with evolving processes, supporting Western Europe Treasury management including liquidity forecasting for pooled entities, participating in Global Treasury projects as a SME, driving improvements in treasury operations, and acting as a focal point for Treasury, GBS, and market teams. Requires university degree, SAP FSCM & FI (S/4HANA) experience, advanced Excel and Power BI familiarity, strong English communication, and proven treasury operations, accounting and controls expertise. Hybrid work arrangement (office or home) with a flexible balance between in-office and remote work.
Required Qualifications
- University degree from an accredited institution
- At least three years of experience in a corporate Treasury environment
- Proven expertise in: treasury operations, accounting and controls
- Change management experience
- SAP experience essential (FSCM & FI) in SAP S/4HANA
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced data analysis and reporting)
- Knowledge of additional reporting/visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Persistence and “can do” attitude
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail
- Ability to recognize, analyze and solve problems
Desired Qualifications
- ACT/CFA qualification or high development program is a plus
- SAP experience (FSCM & FI) in SAP S/4HANA

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
