Job Summary
Lead Treasury Analytics for Consumer & Community Banking by driving deposit insights and liquidity analytics across client segments. Develop and enhance liquidity stress methodologies, interpret regulatory changes, and collaborate with internal partners to influence portfolio characteristics and strategic liquidity initiatives for a $1+ trillion retail deposit portfolio. Serve as internal consultant, build relationships across the firm, and accelerate intelligence generation using current tools to deliver high-impact, well-structured analytics to senior leaders. Grow talent within the team and perform core treasury analytics covering areas such as interest rate risk, capital, liquidity, and transfer pricing; leverage tools like Python, SAS, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Hyperion Essbase to create repeatable analytical processes.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-time work experience in data analytics
- Experience with business intelligence analytic and data wrangling tools such as Python, SAS, SQL, and Alteryx
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form
- Knowledge in deposit analytics, regulatory stress testing frameworks (LCR, RLAP, RLEN, etc.), deposit pricing, transfer pricing, corporate finance
- Quantitatively focused undergraduate and/or graduate degree or demonstrated quantitative and analytical ability
- Ability to learn quickly, understand business context of data, analyze problems, and work in cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with curiosity to drive value
- Preferred familiarity with Hyperion Essbase, Dodeca, PitchPro, Tableau; Intermediate Excel for prototyping and analysis
