Job Summary

Treasury Coordinator to support treasury operations across multiple companies and industries. Responsibilities include cash management and operations (monitoring daily cash positions, processing cash movements including wire transfers, intercompany loans, and foreign exchange, aiding cash flow forecasting), bank administration (opening/closing/modifying accounts, signatories, user access, fee analysis), controls and compliance (internal controls, governance, audits), and credit and payment solutions (credit lines, loans, mortgages, corporate credit cards). The role involves collaboration with banking partners and internal teams, ensuring proper documentation, adherence to workflows, and contributing to process improvements within a multi-company environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or risk management (or equivalent combination of training and experience)
  • Demonstrated experience in treasury operations, cash management, investments, and/or financial planning—ideally within a multi-company organization
  • Post-secondary diploma in a related field, CTP, or plan to pursue a CTP considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and adept with digital systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate successfully across teams
