Treasury Coordinator

Manage daily treasury activities by optimizing mass payment processes through local banking platforms and coordinating account setup, renewals, and documentation with clients and financial institutions. Execute treasury operations including payroll, supplier payments in multiple currencies, tax payments, and customs tax account funding, while processing and reconciling corporate credit card transactions. Maintain banking user access, onboarding, offboarding, and token administration, and prepare user manuals and process documentation for the finance function. Act as a liaison with the LAM Accounting Hub, Group stakeholders, and banking partners to support financial transactions and administrative tasks. This role contributes to the continuous improvement and digital transformation of the finance function within Kapsch's Intelligent Transportation Systems portfolio.
