Job Summary
Treasury – Banking Asset Class Lead (Vice President) role focusing on liquidity risk management across deposits, loans, cash, borrowings, and commitments. Responsibilities include preparing analyses of Banking Book data for regulatory and internal management reports; identifying data quality issues and driving remediation with technology teams; collaborating with policy, oversight, middle office and tech teams to implement requirements; working with project teams on product development and management within Liquidity Risk Infrastructure; producing and presenting scorecards to senior management; participating in BRD/Functional Specifications reviews; assisting in tool development and refinement; and facilitating user acceptance testing while proactively tracking issues to resolution. Required capabilities include deep financial services experience, expertise with banking products, advanced Excel (and SQL/Tableau as a plus), data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Financial Services with a background in Finance or Business Management
- Detail knowledge of Banking products such as Loans and Borrowings, Deposits and Cash, and Commitments
- Ability to analyze large data sets in Excel
- Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter and team player with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to grasp large amounts of information and develop business and functional requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and accountability
