Job Summary
Balance Sheet Insight Center (BSIC) team within Global Treasury seeks an Assistant Manager to lead reporting analytics for balance sheet, NII, and deposit strategies. You will support the preparation and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly balance sheet analytics, ad hoc requests from business stakeholders, FTP production and reporting processes, NII reports and variance analysis, data quality monitoring, and governance processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Treasury, and Business stakeholders, applying strong analytical skills and experience with Excel and dashboards. Preferred qualifications include an MBA/CA/CFA and 4-6 years in financial services or FP&A, with familiarity in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or QRM, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (MBA / CA / CFA) preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in financial services / Banking / Treasury / FP&A
- Good understanding of financial statements, balance sheet concepts, NII, and profitability drivers
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and dashboards; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or QRM is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work accurately, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage data quality end-to-end and navigate complex, cross-functional processes across systems and data providers
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and resolve data issues, breaks, and reporting inconsistencies
