Job Summary

Treasury and FinOps Analyst supporting a multi-entity environment to ensure accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility, manage liquidity, loan sales, and reporting, and execute funding and operational payments. Collaborate with Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and Legal to maintain treasury controls and scale proprietary infrastructure. Responsibilities include cash and inventory reporting for liquidity visibility, daily bank balance reconciliation, cash positioning, cash movements (wires, ACH), funding operations for loan sales, vendor payment processing, month-end close coordination, and delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports. Qualifications include 3+ years in financial services (funding/treasury/financial operations), EST work hours, experience with Kyriba or ERP systems, strong Excel (and Tableau) skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. Familiarity with blockchain or fintech is a plus, as is the ability to thrive in a startup environment and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in the financial services industry with experience in funding, treasury, or financial operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience with treasury management software (prefer Kyriba) or ERP systems
  • Excel skills; ability to learn platforms like Tableau
