Job Summary
Review and facilitate payment of operational, merchant, and digital asset transactions by carefully verifying each entry against company requirements. Assist with reconciliation of commercial trades, crypto withdrawals, and fiat currency payments, including processing requests after standard working hours. Manage transactional queries with service providers, handle RFI requests, and address travel rule-related submissions. Provide feedback on inefficient payment processes and assist the Commercial team in managing expectations regarding payment timelines. Support the Treasury function with liquidity management and digital asset transaction loading and review.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payments review and processing
- 3+ years of experience working with foreign currencies
- Understanding of processing payments in local and foreign currencies
- Basic working knowledge of the use of Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the workings of virtual assets
- Preferably available immediately
