Treasury Analyst

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day cash operations and strategy for Nicolet Bank, including monthly Treasury and ALCO reporting, annual budgeting, and financial forecasting. Execute data querying, manipulation, and analysis of large datasets to produce risk metrics and treasury reports for senior management and regulators. Implement automated solutions for data collection and model validation, while evaluating system errors and developing analytical models for asset and liability performance attribution. Uphold compliance with applicable laws and regulations to ensure full adherence to Nicolet's policies and legal responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, business analytics, economics, or mathematics
- 0-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analytics
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong logic-based skills (math, reasoning, analytical, decision-making)
- Ability to formulate & execute basic to complex mathematical formulas and apply accounting-based principles to perform analysis that supports decision-making or other action
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Power Point
Desired Qualifications
- Banking industry experience
- Tableau / SQL experience
- Exposure to Bank Asset/Liability Management concepts
- familiarity with ZM Desk, or other ALM systems
- Possess understanding of banking and financial markets
- experience reviewing bank balance sheets
- identifying, and addressing key financial and interest rate risks
