Job Summary
Treasury Analyst responsible for managing daily cash activities for North America (US and Canada), performing month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, forecast analysis, budgeting support, and maintaining banking relationships. The role collaborates with IT and cross-functional teams to leverage systems, supports PCI compliance and unclaimed property obligations, implements new banking products, and contributes to treasury CI projects to streamline cash activities across US and LATAM. Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting (or equivalent experience), strong Excel/SAP skills, knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, and strong analytical and collaborative abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting OR equivalent experience (2+ years) in Corporate Treasury
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SAP; CTP preferred
- Experience with online banking products & services or ability to learn new systems
- Solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal controls
- Strong analytical ability for research, data analysis and problem solving
- Ability to collaborate across functions and build relationships
- Accountability and integrity in work, desire to learn and grow
- Comfort with a hybrid work model and office presence in Milwaukee, WI
