Job Summary
Manage the cash flow file, ensuring all transfers have appropriate documentation. Compile invoices, initiate inter-company wire settlements, and track receivables and payables. Prepare account analysis reconciliations, open and close bank accounts, and coordinate signor updates with banks and legal teams. Submit all FBAR filings and prepare settlement proposals for approval. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of treasury experience, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrate knowledge of accrual basis accounting
- Demonstrate interest in basic tax research
- Willingness to participate in multiple areas of tax, including foreign tax regimes
- Proven ability to utilize standard business (MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of tax (research and compliance) and accounting software applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A self-starter
