Job Summary
Manage the cash flow file, ensure all transfers have proper documentation, and compile invoices for settlement proposals. Initiate inter-company wire transfers, track receivables and payables, and prepare account analysis reconciliations for Treasury accounts. Open and close bank accounts while coordinating signor updates with banks and legal teams. Prepare all FBAR filings and support tax research across foreign regimes. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of treasury experience, and proficiency in Excel. Hybrid schedule available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of treasury experience
- Knowledge of accrual basis accounting
- Interest in basic tax research
- Willingness to participate in multiple areas of tax, including foreign country tax regimes
- Proven ability to utilize standard business (MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of tax (research and compliance) and accounting software applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience writing tax memoranda
- Self-starter
- Detail oriented
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
