Job Summary
Provide analysis and insight for assigned customer business needs; communicate findings to customers and management; influence manager/director level customers; support a broad customer group; develop detailed analyses and reports (monthly financial, audit); build relationships with clients up to director level; understand treasury systems and processes; identify process improvements; serve as a subject matter expert; lead complex projects with executives; manage treasury reporting (FBAR, FATCA, regulatory); design and implement journal entries; approve transactions; collaborate with Finance; expand global payment hub standards; work with auditors; ensure data integrity; hybrid work arrangement; TruStage compensation and benefits described.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial discipline
- Four years’ experience in business related role
- Planning and problem solving skills
- Leading small to medium project efforts
- Working independently and with teams
- Analyzing processes, identifying problems and their root causes, and assisting in the development of improvements
- Building relationship with peers and stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft products, such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a specific business unit leader
- Effective written and verbal communications
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to identify process improvements
- Currently possess or will sit for CPA, CTP, or CMA Examinations
- Familiar with treasury workstation systems and banking platform experience preferred
- 2 years prior Corporate Treasury experience in regards to cash position, accounting, and/or cash forecasting preferred
- 4 years prior Corporate Treasury experience in regards to payment methods and regulations preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
