Treasury Analyst, Global Treasury Operations

Job Summary
Verify payment instructions, ensure compliance with internal approvals, and resolve payment exceptions in a timely manner. Maintain the global bank account inventory by opening, closing, and modifying accounts while coordinating with banking partners on KYC requirements. Monitor fee statements, optimize account structures, and administer online banking platforms including user provisioning and access entitlement audits. Manage the end-to-end ISDA agreement workflow and partner with cross-functional teams on treasury technology implementations and process automation. Prepare ad hoc analyses for senior leadership and support periodic internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience
- Solid understanding of global cash management, payments, and banking operations
- Familiarity with ISDA/CSA documentation
- Experience administering online banking platforms and managing user access controls
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with a TMS (Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS, or similar)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely organized and able to manage multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously while addressing escalated issues
- Strong quantitative, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Flexible and team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
- A bachelor's degree
