Treasury Analyst

Job Summary
Manage daily cash operations and banking activities by calculating, forecasting, and positioning cash balances to support liquidity needs. Prepare and execute wire transfers while serving as a liaison with multiple banking partners to address inquiries. Administer access and user management for online banking platforms and support internal and external audit processes. Contribute to monthly analysis of treasury metrics and assist in developing best practice treasury policies and procedures. This hybrid role supports global treasury operations for a financial services organization in Wilmington, Delaware, requiring proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and treasury platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services, treasury, cash management, or banking
- Takes initiative and ownership, consistently seeking opportunities to add value
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Motivated self-starter, capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical foundation, including expertise in finance and accounting, and a solid understanding of corporate banking operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and maturity
- Great organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic corporate finance environment
- Advanced technical skills including proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, treasury platforms, and banking software
- Proficiency in a experience in a corporate treasury setting
- Familiarity with GTreasury workstation
